Elevated Bence-Jones protein(monoclonal globulin protein found in urine/serum that is diagnostic for large number of plasma cells) in urine which may be present in plasmacytoma/multiple myeloma

Proteinogram showed elevation of M-protein peak, abnormal monoclonal peak

CRAB - C = Calcium (elevated), R = Renal failure, A = Anemia, B = Bone lesions
